
Integrative Sound Practice has been developed honouring the body through rhythm, breath and movement, inviting the heart mind through listening, speaking and singing and enfolding the spirit through overtones, stillness and connection. It is when we integrate these practices into our daily lives that we become the masters of the song we are as part of the Uni-verse.
Mastery is achieved when a skill becomes effortless. We reach mastery by developing a practice in the skill we wish to tune up. As a skill, sound is not something we are ever taught to cultivate. Sound surrounds us, it is our constant companion. It is with us before we are born and it is not something that we can ever simply ‘turn off’. It makes sense to learn how to master it.
Integrative Sound Practice has been developed in a similar style to yoga in format, a mindful awareness approach. You develop a practice that you can take with you wherever you are. You embody the experience. It becomes a part of you. Integrative Sound Practice moves away from external methods and towards the deeper core of the mind-body system. Here we get past all the denser levels of the body, cells, tissues, organs, and systems meeting in the gap between mind and matter, the point where consciousness starts to have an effect. No new magic is put into us and nothing is taken out, rather, a new sense of respect for all our aspects and inner rhythms comes about, promoting wholeness, an uninhibited expression of our natural voice and unprovoked lightness of being.

This practice teaches you how to use your instrument, the one you were born with and carry with you every day. It is not about becoming a musician, learning an instrument or being on stage. It is about your personal song as part of the universal symphony.
Classes
Sound as a practice is multi-dimensional, it carries throughout your life using least effort and utilizing your maximum sound potential. You embody the experience. It becomes a part of you.
iSP is taught in a series of 3 x 3 x 3, equalling the frequency of nine. It is taught through Body, Mind and Spirit. Each section offers 3 areas. These sections can be mixed or done in order.
